Entretenimiento | VendedoresAbout: Every summer, DeColores Queer Orange County organizes an annual grassroots community conference with the intentions of bringing the Queer Latin@ community, parents and allies together in order to address issues that affect the Queer Latin@ community here in Orange County. The community conference entails workshops, sessions, a keynote speaker, resource fair, entertainment and culture.
This year’s keynote speaker is Bamby Salcedo, Founder of “Angels of Change”, the first trans* youth calendar aimed at providing trans* youth with a positive image.
Workshops* on the following: Queer Latin@ Youth Panel, Organizing 101 & Queer Identites for Parents of LGBT*Q in Spanish, Queer Womyn Circle, Immigration & LGBTQ Issues, Reclaiming Our Sacredness, Queer Identity Writing Workshop, DeColores 101: Past, Present & Future … MORE DETAILS TO COME (:
